"Our large manufacturing facility in Brisbane has had a long-standing and successful relationship with Brisbane Tank Manufacturing (BTM), and we have always been impressed with the professionalism and friendly approach they take to our needs. Our business is complex and involves strong chemical blends, and the requirements for high quality tanks, pipework and installation works have always been very important to us, and BTM has become an excellent one-stop-shop for our tank-related installations. Many companies will offer part of the service (eg tank supply) but they often cannot complete the onsite installation, and we have always found that a company that installs its own product typically has a vested interest in getting the job done well from end to end and thus we find far fewer issues at installation time when using BTM. BTM also have proven to be cost-competitive against their rivals, but they don’t sacrifice the quality of the build to keep the price reasonable, and therefore they have successfully won a number of jobs in two of our plants (Brisbane and Victoria) on their own merits of price, quality, customer confidence and their ability to maintain timelines.
